In honor of Thanksgiving, here we are. This is probably the easiest project ever!

Ok so:

1. Trace your hand on a piece of paper, a nice color is brown or red.

2. Cut out your hand print.

Science project!!!!!!

Ok, this is for all u guys with a science projects due. (if its due 2mro, i cant help u)
Breath capacity. sounds weird, i no, but its a good idea.
you need 2 water carriers, the kind where you press and water comes out. it would help if the thing that u push comes off easily. so u get off the push things,  and u have a tube that connects the 2, and a tube or something out of the top of 1 of them. u fill the one with a tube in it 3/4 full of water, and the other with nothing. u have someone blow into the tube, and the water will go into the other one. u measure that, and then thats their lung capacity.

Good Luck,
PenguinLover

P.S. Don't forget 2 get CREATIVE!!!!!

OH PLEASE

Ignore the adsense, it is driving me bajeepers but I can't seem to get it to go away! :( :((

AHHHHH!

Just look at the projects below because they are so much cooler!

Be inspired!

Do anything artistic that you can think of, and it doesn't have to work out! That's the beauty of art, you can do whatever you want and you don't have to keep it. Also there is the skill of a pencil, you can erase it!

New project: science fair good one: taste testing: Tutti Frutti ;)

Tuttifrutti signing in for duty:

Todays how to is TASTE TESTING.
This is a good science fair project:

SO so so
step 1 varies depending on how you want to do it:
1.
1st option:
You can go around your neighborhood, testing people there and then posting your results on a board
OR 2nd option:
You can test people as your presentation

2. So which ever one you choose to do, step 2 works for both. First you gather a supplie of foods, and cotton swabs. The foods have to be something you can take a small amount out of by dipping a cotton swab in it, something liquid but solid enough to stay on the swab. I would recomend: mustard, tomato sauce, cottage cheese, ketchup, yogurt, apple sauce, pudding, mashed potatos, vinegar, and any other thing you can think of that would meet the standards.

3. Gather up some "test subjects", 8 is a perfect amount.

4. Make a chart with the name of each food, with space underneath it for the name of the person you tested, their gender, and age, and what they thought each food was.

5. Then you can choose to either tell the person what the foods are and have them guess or you can not tell the person any of the foods and have them guess.

If you choose to not tell them what there food options are to guess from beforehand, make sure others you are testing don't watch them.

6. Blindfold your test subject and swab the cotton swab through the food and then tell them to taste it. You can give them a certain amount of time to guess.

7. Write own the results of what each food they guessed and "VIOLA!" you've got a science project!

Another way to do this is to have a child and an adult or people of different age groups or of opposite genders tasting at the same time and see who can guess the food the fastest.

The idea is to find out if older people taste better than young and if a certain gender tastes better.

I won't tell you wich one is best because, I wouldn't want to ruin the results, 'WINK WINK' ;)
So if you want to find out, DO IT YOURSELF!

Hope this works well!

;) Get creative! ;)

CLAY animal ornaments, how 2

So this is project: Clay!!
We will be making clay animal ornaments.

First u have to chose your animal, lets say elephant.

Then u need the clay. If u are going yo make an ornament, it needs to be bakable.

1. U start with the body. u roll out the clay in a flat, even spot. you roll it out, into a closed cylinder, and round the edges. Work with it until u like it.

2. Then you take a ribbon, preferably a red one, and you fold the ribbon in half. you poke a hole in it, slightly large, and put the edges of the ribbon in it. you pinch the edges of the clay together around the ribbon, and make sure it wont fall out. ( you can skip this stage, or do it later, after it bakes)

3.Then the head. Depending on yor animal, the head could be long, or short, fat or skinny. But follow the guide for the body, except smaller. When you're done, u have to attach it to the body. Procedures may differ, but most are something like this: You need a toothpick, and a glass of water. you dip your finger in the water, and rub your finger along the area that you wnt to attach, on both parts. Then you take the toothpick, an scratch a series of lines, crosshatched, on both parts, yet again. then you put a little bit more water on, and press them together. or you could leave all the parts seperate, and attach them together later, at the end.

4.Then the legs. depending, once again, on the animal, you have different types of legs. since they wont be standing up, you dont need to pay very much attention to the bottoms of feet. you will need to repeat this 4 times, so dont make it to elaborate. then you attach them to the body.

5.Then the extras, such as trunks and tails, and facial features. the cool part about facial features is you can make them look like anything. you can make them surprised, happy, afraid, anything!
tails are pretty easy too. All you do is make a snake, and attach it to the body.

6. you bake it, following the instructions on the packet of clay. If you skipped stage 2, then you can do it after it bakes and you take it out and let it cool. This time, instead of poking a hole, you super glue it. dont forget to use clear drying glue.

Hope you enjoy making this, and...
DON'T FORGET TO BE CREATIVE!!!!!!!!

TuttiFrutti: Paper mache how to

Ok this is Tuttifrutti signing in for duty!

So my first idea for your project for the proj blog is paper mache!
So on the side there is that paper mache slide show, that hopefully you can see...

Well this is how you do it! For the best results:

1. Mix the paper mache glue ingredients:
you will need flour, water and a good supply of recyclable paper. You begin by stirring three parts water into one part flour until a smooth and creamy mixture results. It is best to add a few drops of oil of wintergreen so that the paste has a longer shelf life. Wintergreen oil is obtainable at most drugstores. After stirring it all together properly the paper mache paste is ready for use.

2. Then you tear the paper, preferably old newspaper, into long thin strips.

3. You get whatever you are going to paper mache, maybe a balloon in this circumstance.

4. You take the long paper strips and dip them in the paper mache mixture, covering all the paper in a nice thick layer.

5. You drape the strips over the balloon, leaving a space for the tied off part. Put several thick layers of paper over the balloon.

6. Put the ballon is a space where it can dry easily and quickly and cannot be disturbed.

7. Wait a day or two or until the paper is fully dry. Then take a pin or scissors and pop or cut off the end of the balloon. Then carefully pull the balloon out of the paper mache. You can cover up the bottom part if you want to.

8. You are done! Now you can do whatever you want to with it. The most fun thing to do is attach some of the long paper strips to the bottom, 8 to be exact, paint it purple give it cute big eyes and attach the 8 "legs" to the sides and bottom of the octopus (or a spider!) This is a great pinata!

Hope it works well for you! Remeber paper mache does not have to be just octopi and spiders, it can be anything you want!

Get creative!
